Photoshop, coreldraw or any other name or their logos, if used anywhere in our texts belong to their respective owners and LOVE has got nothing to do with it in any or every way.
LOVE will not reproduce any image where an obvious attempt to conceal or remove copyright or identification has been made. We will not reproduce any image with marked copyright without authorization. The customer, by providing us with material for reproduction, warrants that they are the owner of copyrights covering the materials being submitted, or that they have legal right or authority to reproduce said materials, and agrees to hold LOVE harmless and indemnify it for any penalties or damages.
Liability
LOVE exercises all possible caution in handling of customers' film, print, art, slide or negative. However, if damage or loss does occur due to handling by LOVE, subsidiaries or agents, it will be replaced with like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by LOVE of customers' film, print, art, slide or negative is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for incidental or consequential damage is excluded.
Remake Policy
We assume responsibility for:
1. Following your specific instructions.
2. Following your guides, or instructions for color correction to the extent that is technically possible.
3. Providing approval prints at your request.
We cannot be responsible for:
1. Negatives or transparencies received with scratches, imbedded dirt or other flaws.
2. Previously unnoticed flaws or faults that appear due to greater magnification on enlarged prints.
3. Typesetting errors which follow original or approved copy.
4. Improper preparation work furnished by customer.
5. Subjective judgments made in absence of instruction.
6. Prints rejected after being printed to match approval print. If an approval print has been bypassed, subjective judgements for sharpness, color balance or content will not qualify for remake. Requests for remake or adjustment must be made within one week of receipt of order. In order to consider adjustment, we must see both your original material and our reproduction. Where remake is approved, all prints must be returned.
DISPUTES IF ANY, SHALL ONLY BE CHALLENGED BEFORE MUMBAI (INDIA) COURTS AND SHALL BE DEALT UNDER THE INDIAN LAWS, EFFECTIVE AT THAT TIME.
